We promise our visitors to Clitheroe a warm welcome and know you will enjoy playing on our magnificent golf course, the venue for many prestigious county, regional and national events including the Regional Open Qualifier.

We cater for large and small visiting parties from Sunday to Friday in our recently refurbished clubhouse.
Our golf operations team, along with new chefs and extensive menus, ensure a memorable society or corporate day.

Please note that during the winter period winter mats will be in operation on all fairways. Power trolleys must have winter wheels and buggies may not be available. Please inform all your party to avoid disappointment

The Halfway House

There is a fully stocked halfway house situated behind the 9th green and the starters hut at the first tee. If you wish to use this during your visit please contact Sue Broadley to make the necessaryarrangements.

How to find us

From Preston

Clitheroe Golf Club is situated just off the A59, 1 mile to the South of Clitheroe. When proceeding from Preston take the first exit to Clitheroe by turning left onto A671 at the roundabout, signposted to Clitheroe, Whalley & Barrow. Take the first road on the left and the Club entrance is immediately on the right.

From Skipton

Clitheroe Golf Club is situated just off the A59 1 mile to the South of Clitheroe. When driving from Skipton take the A671 off the roundabout signposted to Clitheroe /Barrow/Whalley. Shortly after, take the first road on the left and the Club entrance is on your right.
